After selecting a clinic, the whole procedure comes down to simple few steps:
1. The clinic informs us of the availability and details of the desired procedure and we forward you all the information
2. You are sending all necessary medical documentation directly to the clinic
3. Clinic sends you the exact dates and cost estimate
4. We help you book the travel, accommodation and local transportation at your destination
5. Performing a medical or health treatment
6. You pay all services directly to providers without intermediaries
7. We are at your disposal indefinitely during and after the procedure (additional questions, monitoring, checks, etc.)


In the case when your health insurance covers part or all of the costs of medical procedures or treatment abroad, Croatia 4 Health will ensure that you collect all necessary documentation from our partners in Croatia and other countries. Our staff at international offices will help you find out if you have such rights, depending on your diagnosis.


All your personal information – the name, address and contacts you make available to us, will be used solely for the purpose of establishing the contact between you and the selected medical or health service provider and will only be forwarded to our partners with your consent. At your request, this information will be deleted.
You are sending your medical records directly to a selected provider who is responsible for their proper use in accordance with their privacy policy.
